Baciuli Arquitetura believes that its achievement is as important as the architectural concept. For this reason, it is present at all project steps, making the work daily life efficient from the beginning to the end.
This is possible thanks to a lean structure associated with highly competent partners that know all the concerned areas and specialties. Such structure is always directly coordinated by the architect Viviane Baciuli whose portfolio gathers public and private projects, such as: test fit, architectural design, technical designs, construction documents for corporate spaces, including: informal areas, cafeteria, training rooms, ambulatory, auditorium; special projects as data centers, bus terminals, prisons, schools, dwelling-places and also high-standard residential and commercial buildings , stores and industrial projects.
With this quickness and preciosity, our office has turned real needs into solutions that meet budgets and terms, valorize the aesthetics and give priority to life quality and functionality in commercial and corporate spaces.

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at Mackenzie University, one of the most respected and traditional universities from Brazil, Viviane Baciuli has worked as an architect in renowned offices of São Paulo, to wit: Athie Wohnrath, Empresa Brasileira de Engenharia e Projetos – EBEPRO, Construtora Interamericana, A.M. Savelli Engenharia, Escritório de Arquitetura Augusto França Neto and Escritório de Arquitetura Pepe Asbun.
In this trajectory, she has experienced big-sized works and held different positions, as, for instance, implementation manager and coordinating architect, which currently account for her global view on the projects and a background from a person who has participated in the
construction of more than 220.000 sqm.
With a MBA in Entrepreneurial Management by ESPM, Viviane Baciuli has coordinated her own office since 2006. The said office is known by the competence with which she idealizes and makes her architecture projects and her complete work management projects.
